Bahria Town has given out the master plan map of its Bahria Town Karachi Project. You can click on the map to enlarge it.
The map shows the overseas blocks come at the entrance of the society from the super highway.
The master plan consists of 20 precincts (blocks) which contain residential plots, homes, apartments, and commercial plots. The plan also contains high rise commercial area, golf course, 2 lakes, parks, mosques, hospitals, schools, Cinema, 5 start hotel and much more.
Apartments and bahria homes are located at multiple locations, while plots of 10 marla, 1 kanal, 2 kanal and 4 kanal are coming at the central part of the society. 5 marla plots are located at the far end of the society in precincts 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15.
Plot numbers will be allotted soon after the computerized balloting of successful applications.
This plan seems to be very beautiful and main boulevard of Jinnah Avenue is 400 ft wide, which is going to be the main road passing across all blocks. Other boulevards are 200, 120 and 100 feet wide avenues.
