Sector F-14 has been in news for the past few years and FGEHF had been planning to develop this sector for the housing requirement of low income federal government employees.
According to the latest news published in daily Jang, land mafia has been very active in sector F-14 after they heard news of FGEHF launching this sector very soon. Sale and purchase of land have gone up rapidly and construction of bogus structures/houses has started in the overall sector in order to earn maximum reward against their property in sector f-14. Increasing sale/purchase has also given rise to land prices in this sector which is going to cost billions to the housing foundation.
According to sources, the only solution to curb this trend is to restrict further constructions and sale/purchase of land in this sector.
