Here comes a big news for the investors of HRL and Lahore Smart City as LDA has approved technical NOC of Lahore Smart City Housing Scheme. The process of approval had been underway for the past few months, and this NOC is claimed to have been issued in a record time in the entire history of LDA.
The society had withheld new launches of its residential and commercial plots after the first launch in August 2020, however new residential and commercial plot deals are coming up in a matter of few days.
