The projects included in this adjustment plan are those which are going negative in market, so bahria town has given this opportunity to avail 2 lac rupees discount by using Jinnah Avenue Commercial registration forms.

Since registration form of Jinnah Avenue Commercial will cost around 1 lac rupees and you get 3 lac discount per form so actually you get 2 lac discount in this adjustment plan.
5 forms can be adjusted in Midway Commercial payment plan, so you can avail total 10 lac rupees discount. 1 form can be adjusted in bahria heights and ali block plots, so you can avail 2 lac rupees discount in these projects. 1 form can be adjusted in 500 Sq.Yards plot in Golf City Karachi, 2 forms can be adjusted in 1000 Sq.Yards plot in Golf City Karachi and 3 forms can be adjusted in 2000 Sq. Yards plot in Golf City Karachi so you get 2 lac, 4 lac and 6 lac discount respectively for each category.
