IBECHS has finally shown some real progress in Gulberg Residencia Islamabad, and new possessions have been announced at developed streets of various blocks across the society. The society has started sending letters to all such allottees whose plots are ready for possession, besides that IBECHS is publishing list of developed plot numbers of Gulberg Residencia in local newspapers.
Earlier, possessions were available only in F, E, I, J, C and L blocks, however some more blocks have been developed recently; especially Block A and B, and new possessions have been announced through newspaper advertisements.
IBECHS has published lists of developed plots in Block A, B and C so far, while developed plot numbers of other blocks will be published weekly on each Sunday Newspaper.
Following are the lists of developed plots in A, B, C, E, F, I, L, M, O and P blocks of Gulberg Residencia:
The members whose plots are listed above can contact IBECHS head office to get possession of their plots. New possessions will most probably include M, R, S, T, P, Q, O and H Blocks. We will update developed plots information of remaining blocks soon after the society publishes new lists, so stay tuned !
