Lahore Development Authority has rolled out a public notice regarding the legal status of Golf View Residencia Bahria Town Lahore. The authority has warned general public not to engage in any sale purchase activity in the subject block, as Bahria Town doesn’t have approval for developing this block from LDA.
Golf View Residencia was launched a couple of years ago and all plots were sold out to general public. Bahria Town has now released the master plan map and started development work on the project. LDA has warned Bahria Town to stop development work immediately until it obtains pre-requisite approvals from the authority.
