Gwadar Development Authority has issued a press release informing the general public about China Hill City Housing Scheme Gwadar and about the news of $500 Million Chinese investment in housing sector.
According to the press release, China Hill City Housing Scheme Gwadar has not acquired NOC from GDA, therefore it is an illegal housing scheme. Furthermore, GDA states that it has no information on any Chinese investment of $500 million in the housing sector of Gwadar.
Therefore, general public must refrain from believing in wrong advertisements being published in the national media without checking project status from GDA.
