Jammu & Kashmir Cooperative Housing Scheme (JKCHS) G-15 Islamabad is conducting auction in November of its plots reserved for schools and flats.
The auction will be held on 8th November at 11:00 AM in community center building, sector G-15 Islamabad.
All Pakistani nationals are eligible to take part in this auction, whether they live in the country or abroad. Companies/firms and registered franchises who have experience in this field are also eligible to take part in this auction as per the relevant laws.
Interested participants are required to submit advance amount of 10 lac rupees (refundable in case of failure) via pay order/demand draft along with a copy of CNIC/NICOP in society office and get token until a day before the scheduled date of auction.
Auction Committee reserves the right to reject any bid without giving explanations.
Auction Committee reserves the right to accept any highest bid.
Auction Committee reserves the right to change schedule and the listed terms and conditions.
In case of successfully winning the auction, the bidder to bound to pay remaining amount within 10 days. Failing which, the auction will be deemed cancelled and the advance token amount will be confiscated.
