CDA Issued its final public notice regarding extension of lease of commercial plots in various sectors and categories which are mentioned in the notice.
CDA had already sent notices to the subject parties for renewal of lease followed by three show-cause notices that lease of the following categories of commercial plots have expired.
1- Commercial Centers (Class three Shopping Centers/Markaz/Petrol Pumps)
2- Industrial Plots (I&T Centers / Whole Sale Markets / F&V Plots
3- Public Sector Organizations (Government Officer/Public & Private Schools/Institution & Universities, Private Organizations)
4- Agro Farms
CDA seeks applications along with requisite documents to extend the lease of the above-mentioned commercial plots within 15 days from the date of publication of this final notice, failing which the plots will be cancelled.
