Zedem International has announced the balloting date of Faisal Margalla City, Sector B-17 Islamabad. As the society had already disclosed the master plan of FMC in the launch event, it just needs to assign plot numbers to all plot files through a computerized ballot.
The balloting will be held on 4th of August, 2019 at sharp 12:45 PM at Faisal Margalla City Site. Those who own files in FMC should attend the ballot ceremony to check their plot number on the map, as well as physical location of the plot.
Faisal Margalla City (FMC) has got approval of layout plan from RDA recently, hence the ballot is being conducted for physical locations of plots. The society has also announced possession date, which is 23rd of September, 2019.
