Extol has revised the plot prices for new bookings in PECHS M Block. The prices are being increased due to the ever-increasing demand for plots in M block. Therefore, the developer is expanding the M block by utilizing the excess area to the southwest which is owned by PECHS.
This is the second time the prices in M block are being revised. The Project launched in July 2013, and the prices were increased by about 15% in October 2013. Now the prices are again being increased by about 15% which will be applicable from 10th of March 2014.
Extol, the developer of PECHS Phase 2, has been actively working on the development of K and M block. It has already completed development of more than half of the K block where possessions have been handed over to the plot owners. The development work is racing towards earliest completion in M block as developers are seriously thinking to utilize the location to the maximum advantage of the society as well as the plot owners.
