Engineers Cooperative Housing Scheme (ECHS) has opened up new bookings of limited 10 marla and 1 kanal developed residential plots in its housing scheme located in sector D-18 Islamabad.
ECHS is a developed housing scheme where multiple houses are ready and many are under construction. All facilities are already available to the residents. The society is offering these limited plots through open balloting that will be held on 30th of April 2017.
Last date for submission of application forms has been extended to 20th April 2017. A newspaper ad was published announcing extension of last date:
The society has not disclosed the number of plots and their respective locations, however the plots will be fully developed and ready for possession after full payment.
Application form is available on the website of ECHS i.e. www.echsisb.com, also we have attached a copy of application form below for your convenient.
Processing fee is 10,000 for both 10m and 1 kanal and it is non-refundable. Advance payment for 10 marla is 50,000 and 1 kanal is 100,000. Processing fee + advance payment shall be payable via payorder/demand draft in favor of ECHS Islamabad at the time of submitting your application.
ECHS is offering these developed plots at very reasonable prices with a flexible payment plan which spans over 4 years. 10 marla plots are priced at 24 lacs and 1 kanal plots are priced at 40 lacs with 16 quarterly installments plan.
90% quota is reserved for registered engineers, and 10% quota is reserved for general public. It means that the members of PEC have higher chance to get plots through balloting whereas general public will stand least chance to get a plot.
Please note that one person can apply for both plot categories i.e. 10 marla and 1 kanal.
