DHA City Karachi Price Comparison Between September 2016 and September 2019

DHA City Karachi is a premium smart housing project of Defence Housing Authority, Karachi, on Super Highway M-9. The project is currently in development phase, with a few sectors having been fully developed, and further development underway.

The project once sold like hot cakes has been in doldrums since the recent property crisis began in 2018. Despite physical developments and possessions, market prices have plummeted by up to 68% since its peak time in 2016. Once the effects of economic stagflation are over, DHA City is expected to regain its value within weeks.
