The Management of DHA Bahawalpur is pleased to announce that all those customers who want to sell out their plots and their installments are outstanding, they can sell out their plots without paying off their dues.
This is a good opportunity for such file holders who cannot continue their installments, and they have to less their file in the market at lesser price due to their inability to clear off their dues.
DHA Bahwalpur will now issue the NDC without having to clear outstanding installments. It will only require transfer fee, government taxes and surcharges to be paid in order to transfer a file to somebody else’s name.
The new buyer will, however, be required to pay off the outstanding installments within 60 days of transfer in order to avoid surcharges.
