CDA has successfully completed its operation against illegal settlements in sector I-11 and all houses have been demolished after this 4-days-long operation in collaboration with district administration, Islamabad Police and Rangers.
Settlers had put up resistance against this operation but enforcement directorate of CDA has finally managed to raze all illegal houses. Residents finally agreed to evacuate their houses voluntarily on the 4th day of operation which helped CDA conclude this operation successfully.
CDA has directed the engineering wing to prepare development plan of this sector as soon as possible so that possessions can be given to long awaiting allottees of this sector.
Chairman CDA shows his determination to clear all such encroachments from the Capital City without discrimination. This operation has reassured the allottees of sector I-11 that they will be given possession of their plots soon. Property prices also seem to have improved in this sector as some investors are taking it as an appropriate time to invest in I-11.
