Capital Development Authority has cancelled layout plan approval of AGOCHS-I Housing Scheme, Zone-V, Islamabad. The layout plan of AGOCHS-I Housing Scheme sponsored by M/s Accounts Group Officers Cooperative Housing Society (AGOCHS) was approved by CDA over an area measuring 1114.14 kanals having 573 residential plots at Lohi Bher, Zone-V, Islamabad.
Mayor Islamabad and Chairman Capital Development Authority Sheikh Ansar Aziz has said that no housing society violating prescribed criteria will be allowed to operate in Islamabad public interest and observance of rules and procedures is prerequisite for decisions regarding operation of housing societies. Action against housing societies violating prescribed criteria will continue.
Since layout plan approval CDA had been requesting the management committee of AGOCHS-I to submit Mortgage Deed / Transfer Deed for requisite land, submission of third party vetted engineering design as per approved layout plan and submission of requisite processing fee. The Administration of AGOCHS-I housing scheme were further asked to submit development plan of scheme within and beyond approved layout plan alongwith ownership documents of encroached land as well as detail about creation of new plots. In a hearing held in honorable Wafaqi Mohtasib, it was undertaken by representing of management committee that revise layout plan of scheme incorporating CDA standards will be submitted in the Authority by end of June 2017. As far today the management committee of AGOCHS-I has neither submitted the documents, prerequisite for issuance of NOC nor submitted devise layout plan as per ownership and possession of land. Above in view the layout plan approval of AGOCHS-I housing scheme sponsored by M/S AGOCHS has been withdrawn with immediate effect under the provision of Clause 5(ii), Chapter-IV of ICT (Zoning) Regulation, 1992.
