Bahria Town has given out a public notice in the newspapers in order to dispel the rumors floating in market regarding underhanded ties of Bahria Town with the Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi.
Bahria Town has strongly rebuffed the rumors and made it very clear publicly that it has nothing to do with the Fazaia Housing Scheme Karachi. Bahria Town has further added in the notice that it reserves the right to exercise legal action against any person or institution that may be using its brand name for any project.
The rumor was floated in the market due to the black marketing pattern of Fazaia Housing Scheme registration forms which are being traded in the market at very high price and professional gamblers are fleecing general public openly while sponsors and authorities seem to be turning a blind eye to the situation.
The people who are desirous of registration in this scheme should be very clear now that Bahria Town has no ties with the sponsors of Fazaia Housing Scheme and it shouldn’t be held responsible for anything concerning third party projects.
