Bahria Town Karachi is sending out notices to the owners of those villas/homes which are ready for possession. This is the third and final notice to all such home owners who have not yet applied for possession of their homes/villas, which requires immediate action by 10th of April 2019.
According to the notice, Bahria Town has asked the owners to apply for possession by or before 10th of April 2019, otherwise Bahria Town will replace their homes with under-construction homes/villas and allot the ready homes to those who want to get possession.
This notice applies to all homes/villas located in Precinct 2 (Quaid & Iqbal Villas), Precinct 10, Precinct 11, Precinct 27, Precinct 31 and Precinct 35 (Sports City Villas). We recommend the home owners to apply for possession of their homes if they do not want to lose value of their property, as possession charges cannot be avoided in any case.
