Bahria Town Karachi has finally announced the long awaited balloting date for old bookings of Residential and Commercial Plots, Bahria Homes of 125 & 200 Sq. Yards, Bahria Apartments of 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom, as well as Bahria Heights 2 bed apartments.
Computerized balloting will be conducted on 30th of June 2015 and plot numbers, home numbers and apartment numbers will be assigned to all the property files from Old Bookings as well as Bahria Heights 2 bed Apartments.
Bahria Town has already announced the final cancellation date for all files which have not paid two consecutive installments and the last date to pay off dues is 20th of June 2015.
Only those members will be included in the balloting on 30th of June 2015 who have paid off their all outstanding dues by 20th of June 2015, so it is a must for all such file holders that they should clear their dues as soon as possible in order to be included in the balloting.
