Bahria Town Karachi has finally reached halfway through its journey to establishing the most beautiful housing scheme for the Karachiites. Having given possessions of Precinct 1, Ali block, Midway Commercial, Quaid Villas, Iqbal Villas and recent Possession of Bahria Apartments in Precinct 19 on 23rd March 2017, Bahria Town proudly announces possessions of precinct 3, precinct 4, precinct 6, precinct 8 and precinct 12 residential plots.
Precicnt 3 consists of 2000 square yards residential plots and it is located near theme park. Precinct 4 is located right opposite to precinct 3 and it consists of 500 square yards residential plots. Precicnt 6 and 8 are located next to midway commercial area and compirse 250 square yards residential plots. Precicnt 12 consists of Ali block as well as some plots of 250 square yards. Ali block already had possessions, and now remaining part of precinct 12 is under possession.
Those who have plots in the given precincts can now apply for possession of their plots and start construction of their houses right away. This development is going to cause escalation in plot prices of these precincts, so this is high time to purchase plots in these blocks to gain short term profit.
