Bahria Town Karachi has once again managed to outdo its own targets by announcing possessions of Iqbal Villas, Quaid Villas and Bahria Homes. Quaid villas and Iqbal Villas are located in Precinct 2, and Bahria Homes are located in Precinct 10 and 11.
According to a recent newsletter circulation, Bahria Town has officially announced possessions of Quaid Villas, Iqbal Villas and Bahria Homes. Bahria Town will impose maintenance charges on these villas from February 2018 that will be payable after receiving possession.
Bahria Town has also conveyed a warning message coupled with this good news. Bahria Town has made it mandatory to take possessions of ready villas by 31st January 2018, failing which the allotment numbers of such owners will be changed and alloted to those members who are willing to take possession.
