The management of Al-Kabir Town Lahore has decided to reschedule the payment plan of Umer Block by decreasing the down payment, and adjusting the balance amount in 5 years installment plan. This is a big news for those who have invested in Al-Kabir Town Phase 2 Umer block, and those who want to buy a plot with least down payment.
As per the new payment plan, the down payment of 7 marla plot at Umer Block will be 2 lac rupees, while remaining amount will be adjusted in monthly installments spread over 5 years. Such files with 2 lac down payment will be included in the upcoming ballot for plot numbers.
