Capital Smart City Harmony Park Overseas 1: Conversion & Balloting Update

Harmony Park Capital Smart City

Capital Smart City has announced the conversion and balloting policy for the recently disclosed Harmony Park (Overseas 1) Block. The society has opened the facility to shift old files of Harmony Park residential plots, commercial plots and villa apartments on payment of 45% of booking amount.

According to a circular issued by FDH, those members, who want to shift their files of Harmony Park to the newly created Harmony Park (Overseas 1) Block right opposite to Sector E, can avail the facility to shift their plots, commercials and apartments on payment of 45% amount. This facility will be available on first come first served basis, and the deadline to shift files is July 15, 2021.

Members can pay 45% property price through pay order, bank draft or online transfer. Once payment is done, members should immediately contact Capital Smart City F-11 Head Office to collect their acknowledgment letter.

Balloting will be held in the last quarter of 2021 to allot plot and villa numbers to residential, commercial plots and villa apartments.

Please note that there is limited availability of units in Harmony Park (overseas 1) Block, therefore members should act quickly and proceed with payments to get acknowledgement letter. The society has the right to close this facility before July 15 subject to non-availability.
