Capital Smart City Reveals Location of Harmony Park Block
Here is an amazing news from Capital Smart City regarding the location and map of the Harmony Park Block. Since the launch of Harmony Park plots and apartments in 2020, its demand was gradually going down due to uncertainty about its location & expected development time. Earlier its location was expected near the Sports Complex area after the Executive Block 2, however the revealed location is quite attractive and its value should improve with development progress.
Harmony Park Block is ideally placed right opposite to Sector E of Overseas Block 1 of Capital Smart City. This area is currently developing, but it won’t take much time before possessions of plots and apartments are handed over to members.

It is important to mention here that Capital Smart City has not announced any balloting date to allot plot and apartment numbers to the files of Harmony Park Block. But we are hoping that balloting will be held soon this year as the map is already released.
