Park View City is a beautiful housing project on Kurri Road (Jinnah Avenue) in Islamabad Zone 4 near Bahria Enclave Islamabad. The project is sponsored by Vision Group, which is owned by Mr. Aleem Khan of PTI.
Park View City has received NOC letter from Capital Development Authority. It has already delivered initial blocks (A & B) of the society where construction work is going on at full swing. Remaining blocks (C, D, E, F, J & H) are expected to be handed over for possession within a year or so.
The society offers residential plots of 5 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal sizes, as well as 5 marla commercial plots. You can buy old resale options with ongoing installments, or you can go for fresh booking in Sector H and Overseas Block.

Blue World City is a mega housing venture by Blue Group of Companies in collaboration with Pan-China construction group. The society is planned over 60,000 kanals of land on Chakri Road near Sihal with initial development area spanning over 10,000 kanals. The society has received planning permission from Rawalpindi Development Authority, however NOC is currently under process.
Blue World City is a low cost housing scheme which offers residential and commercial plots, as well as farm houses on easy installments. The development work has already started, and a large number of machinery is already engaged in different development works at project site.

Faisal Hills is one of the most beautifully developed housing project located at the border of Islamabad on main GT Road in Taxila region. The society is sponsored by Zedem International which have successfully delivered in Faisal Town and Faisal Margalla City. The society is considered to be a cheaper alternative to Multi Gardens B-17 Islamabad, however its own prices are going up day by day.
As Faisal Hills lies to the other side of Margalla Hills, it has been connected with B-17 at G Block where a link road connects both housing schemes. Same link will benefit the society when B-17 gets its dedicated interchange on Motorway M-1.
Faisal Hills is normally a resale option as plots in all residential blocks are available on full payment. Nova City is a much hyped-up housing project by Nova City Developers on CPEC route near new Islamabad Airport. The project is accessible from Fateh Jang Road, however its main access is planned through a dedicated interchange on CPEC western route.

The life Residencia is planned over an area of over 10,000 kanal along PECHS and New Islamabad Airport. Discovery Gardens is a modern housing project by the renowned Falaknaz Group on main M-2 Motorway right opposite to Capital Smart City. The project lies close to new Islamabad Airport and it is going to get seamless connectivity to central Islamabad and Rawalpindi through Motorway and Rawalpindi Ring Road.
Discovery Gardens is currently in pre-launch stage. A preliminary master plan has been released by the society, however further details about the concept are currently in planning stage.
The society has acquired about 15000 kanals of land, while another 21000 kanals is being acquired for extended developments. Development work has not formally started at the project site, however preparations are being made for official inauguration of the project very soon.

PECHS Islamabad is an RDA approved housing project located on main Fateh Jang Road right along the boundary wall of New Islamabad Airport. It is a very old cooperative housing scheme launched in 1989 by retired government officials. About 80% of the area in PECHS is already developed where few houses are already built and plots are ready to build, while some old blocks have land issues where development work has been stalled for years.
PECHS has launched its new block N right next to its M and K Blocks where residential and commercial plots are being offered on 1.5 years easy installments plan. Plot prices in N Block are quite reasonable and conform to the prevailing market prices of adjacent blocks. Development work on PECHS N Block has already started, and it will take only a few months to hand over possession of plots.
PECHS N Block comprises 5 marla and 8 marla residential plots, as well as 5 marla and 10 marla commercial plots. Plots can be booked from the available options on the map at 25% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 1.5 years installments plan which is extendable to 2 years.
