Capital Smart City is the biggest housing venture by HRL in association with Surbana Jurong (Singapore) on Motorway M-2 Islamabad. The project is planned over 55000 kanals of land along Chakri Road and Motorway near Chahan Dam. NOC has been obtained from Rawalpindi Development Authority. 

Capital Smart City is envisioned to be a “Smart City”, in fact, the first Smart City Housing Project in Pakistan. Surbana Jurong is the key company responsible for master planning and designing smart systems in congruence with modern smart cities in the world.

Development work is going on at good pace, as a fleet of more than 400 vehicles is working vigorously and enthusiastically under supervision of a team of international consultants. Early possessions of few residential blocks are starting in 2020, while construction work on “Smart Villas” is starting soon.

Capital Smart City offers 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 12 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots; 4 marla and 8 marla commercial plots, and all sizes of double storey smart villas on 3 years easy installment plan.

Park View City Overseas Block

Park View City is a beautiful housing project on Kurri Road (Jinnah Avenue) in Islamabad Zone 4 near Bahria Enclave Islamabad. The project is sponsored by Vision Group, which is owned by Mr. Aleem Khan of PTI.

Park View City has received NOC letter from Capital Development Authority. It has already delivered initial blocks (A & B) of the society where construction work is going on at full swing. Remaining blocks (C, D, E, F, J & H) are expected to be handed over for possession within a year or so.

The society offers residential plots of 5 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal sizes, as well as 5 marla commercial plots. You can buy old resale options with ongoing installments, or you can go for fresh booking in Sector H and Overseas Block.

The new “Overseas Block” is planned next to Downtown Commercial Area and Sector H. It offers residential plots of 5 marla and 10 marla sizes with 3 years flexible installments plan. Bookings are available on first come first served basis, so it is important to reserve your plot before this option is all sold out.

Blue World City Overseas Block

Blue World City is a mega housing venture by Blue Group of Companies in collaboration with Pan-China construction group. The society is planned over 60 kanals of land on Chakri Road near Sihal with initial development area spanning over 10,000 kanals. The society has received planning permission from Rawalpindi Development Authority, however NOC is currently under process.

Blue World City is a low cost housing scheme which offers residential and commercial plots, as well as farm houses on easy installments. The development work has already started, and a large number of machinery is already engaged in different development works at project site.

Blue World City has recently launched new bookings of residential and commercial plots in its Overseas Block, which is specifically designed for Overseas Pakistanis. It features a lake which runs through the Overseas Block giving you an amazing experience of living by a river.

A dedicated hi-end commercial area has also been designed for this block, where the concept of “City Walk” has been introduced for the first time in Pakistan.

Overseas Block offers 7 marla, 10 marla, 14 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots, as well as 5 marla and 10 marla commercial plots on 4 years installments plan. It has easy access to Airport, Islamabad and Motorway, hence it becomes one of the top choices for future investments in Islamabad.

Top City-1 is sponsored by Dynast Associates. It has obtained its NOC from Rawalpindi Development Authority. It has developed its 4 initial blocks, i.e. A, B, C, and D, while few blocks are currently under development, i.e. D extension, E, F, G and H Blocks. 

Top City-1 offers different sizes of residential and commercial plots, as well as bigger apartment towers plots on 3 years installment plan. Residential plot sizes are 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal, while commercial plot sizes are 5 marla and 10 marla.

Top City-1 is a well-managed and beautiful housing project. Construction of houses has already started, while different projects of low-rise and hi-rise apartments and commercials have also started.

5 Marla and 10 marla residential plots have already been sold out, so you will need to buy these plots from the open market. The company currently offers 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots, 5 marla commercial plots and different sizes of apartments tower plots on installments.

Airport Green Garden

Airport Green Garden is a new housing project near New Islamabad Airport. It lies next to Top City-1 Block C along the Motorway M-2. It enjoys all location features of Top City, and also it gets additional access from Airport Cargo Road. 

Aiport Green Garden Islamabad

Airport Green Garden is approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority. Its map is already available, however plot numbers will be allotted through computerized ballot. Bookings of different sizes of residential and commercial plots are available on first come first served basis with 2 years installment plan.

Development work on Airport Green Garden has already started, and the developer aims to hand over possession of plots within next 2 years. Plot prices are reasonable compared to Top City-1 installment options, therefore we recommend buying in Airport Green Garden if you want to buy on installments.

Multi Gardens B-17 G Block

MPCHS is a renowned name in the real estate sector of Islamabad. It stands for “Multi Professional Cooperative Housing Scheme”. It has developed multiple housing projects in Islamabad in the past including Islamabad Gardens in Sector E-11, Tele Gardens in Sector F-17, Multi Gardens in B-17, and Orchard Farm Housing Scheme in Jang Bahatar near Wah Cantt.

Sector B-17 Islamabad lies on GT road just next to Margalla Hills. It comprises Sector A to Sector G, out of which Sector A, B, B-1 Extension, C, C-1, D, E, and F are already developed except a few non-developed streets. Many houses and commercial buildings are already built in this sector, and all facilities are available to the residents.

MPCHS B17 Islamabad

The most recent option available on installments in Sector B-17 is its G Block. Sector B-17 mainly falls under CDA, however some extension area which goes outside the limits of ICT falls under RDA. B-17 G Block is approved by Rawalpindi Development Authority.

G Block comprises 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 12 marla, and 1 kanal residential plots. Plots are being offered on 4 years installment plan. Commercial plot sizes are 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal, which are also being offered on easy installments.

It is important to mention here that G Block is not a fresh installments option. It was launched in 2018, and 3 installments have been paid till date. Plots have been balloted, and map has been released.

You can now buy a plot in B-17 G Block from the open market by paying prevailing profit over and above paid amount. Remaining installments will be payable to the society as per given payment schedule.

Taj Residencia

Taj Residencia is a beautiful but expensive housing project of Sardar Group (Builders of Centaurus Mall) near Golra Mor on GT Road. It lies at the central location of Islamabad and Rawalpindi. It is placed right next to Sector I-14 Islamabad, hence it is easy to approach from Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Taj Residencia is a developing housing project spanning over a large area. It has received NOC from Rawalpindi Development Authority. A few blocks are already developed, where construction of houses is going on, while remaining blocks are currently under development.

Taj Residencia offers different sizes of residential plots, i.e. 5 marla, 7 marla, 10 marla, 12 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal, on 2.5 years installments plan. 5 marla and 8 marla commercial plots are also being offered on 2.5 years installments plan.

There are not only residential or commercial plots on offer in Taj Residencia, but you can also buy luxury villas of different sizes on easy installment plan. These villas offer a turnkey housing solution, so those who cannot spare time and efforts to build their own house can avail this exclusive offer.

It is important to mention here that developed blocks, i.e. Lily, Tulip, Orchid, Gardenia are a bit expensive, while remaining blocks i.e. daisy, iris, marigold, zinnia, geranium, etc, are a bit cheaper in terms of profit rate. 

New booking prices are very high in Taj Residencia, so we normally recommend to buy old booking plots by paying little profit over and above paid amount.

Emaar Canyon Views

Emaar is a UAE based renowned development company which has partnered with DHA in Pakistan to launch its unique and luxurious residential and commercial projects. Canyon Views is the gated housing community developed and managed by Emaar in Sector E of DHA Phase 5 Islamabad.

Emaar Canyon Views is a small housing project which mainly comprises few blocks of luxury villas by the name of “Mirador” which are built by Emaar itself. Few other blocks comprise plots and villas of different sizes.

Recently, it has launched a residential block by the name of “Meridian” which comprises 10 marla (250 sqy) plots. These plots are being offered on 2 years installment plan. A commercial area next to Meridian block has also been launched recently where 4 marla and 8 marla commercial plots are being offered on installments.
