Capital Development Authority has published this good news on its official website that it is going to conduct balloting for new plots for low paid citizens in Sector I-15 Islamabad in the next few days.
Details of new plots, application procedure, balloting date and prices will be announced through national press and CDA’s website in the next few days.
This is an ideal investment opportunity for low income people and investors. The allottees of I-15 plots may see some rise in prices depending on new prices announced by CDA in sector I-15.
Development work of sector I-15 is also set to start very soon since they have allocated budget for its development already and soon its development tender will be given out.
