Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi Updates on Ballot, Merging, and RAIV Forms
Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi is a developing community present on the main Adyala Road that benefits the most from the Rawalpindi Ring Road project. A few days back, Rudn Enclave held a dealer’s convention at the site of the society. All of the registered dealers and authorized sales partners were invited to the event.
The main purpose of this get-together was to show the fast-paced development in the Executive Block. Furthermore, the administration of Rudn Enclave also showed the progress of the Rawalpindi Ring Road, which passes through the General Block of the society. Moreover, updates on balloting, merging policy, and Executive Block map were also shared with the attendees.

Executive Block Second Balloting
As we informed you earlier, the second balloting was planned on the site of Rudn Enclave, but it was canceled due to different reasons. However, now the management has again announced the balloting of Executive Block and it will be held in November 2023. This balloting will be held online and the results will be available on the official website of Rudn Enclave. Executive Block Second Balloting will be held on 16 November 2023.
Second Balloting Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria have been shared multiple times with the customers, however, we are sharing them again for your convenience:
- Interested members should clear at least 65% of the payment (cost of land) against their plots in the Executive Block.
- Members with the highest payments will get priority in this balloting and possessions will be awarded in the future.
Rudn Advance Discount Vouchers (RAIV Forms)
Rudn Enclave Advance Discount Vouchers were launched, they offered a 20% discount to customers on submitting installments. Hundreds of clients took advantage of this discount scheme and cleared their installments. However, now, the RAIV Forms are officially closed by the administration of the society. The forms that are already printed and handed out to the sales partners are not expired and they have no expiry date. This means that the existing forms can used to get discounts on installments.
Executive Block Map
Rudn Enclave management also shared insights on the official master plan map of Executive Block, which was to be launched in the second balloting but was delayed. Now, the map of Executive Block will be released on 16 November 2023, along with the balloting. The map will be uploaded on the official website, which can be downloaded or viewed online. Furthermore, the approved LOP of Rudn Enclave will be uploaded along with balloting results and an Executive Block map.
New Rates for Open and Closed Files
The management of Rudn Enclave also discloses new rates policy, the deadline for clearing dues is 15th November 2023. All files with 20% initial payment including residential and commercial plots of Executive Block, H Block residential plots, and all open or closed files will be converted to new rates after 15 November.
Rawalpindi Ring Road Update
Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi is benefitting the most from the Rawalpindi Ring Road project. Frontier Works Organization (FWO) has also installed their camp in the General Block of Rudn Enclave, where Ring Road is passing.
The development of RRR has officially begun and groundwork is being carried out at a fast pace. The overall value of Rudn Enclave will increase significantly after its completion. The prices of plots will also skyrocket in society once Ring Road is operational.
Merging Policy
The management of the society now closes the merging policy for customers officially. However, merging for dealers and registered sales partners is open and they can merge their files to complete 65% payment against residential or commercial plots.
