Executive Block is the first and model block of Rudn Enclave, therefore it is going to be developed in the first phase. However, full scale development will resume in General Block after finalization of Ring Road alignment.

Is Rudn Enclave Approved by RDA?

The approval and NOC are under process at the Rawalpindi Development Authority [RDA] and are expected to be granted soon because the land is legally acquired and owned by Rudn Enclave. Moreover, all the development and planning are done according to the instructions of RDA.

As of now, Rudn Enclave is approved by the Tehsil Municipal Authority [TMA] and owns PP1 planning permission. Additionally, the society has gained approvals from other major authorities like WASA, EPA and Land Revenue authority. The NOC will be soon acquired by Rudn as indicated by the present situation.

Is There Any Official Discount Available on Booking?

Yes, you can avail 10% discount on paying a lump-sum amount and a 5% discount on paying half of the total plot price.

When Will i Get Possession of Plots at Rudn Enclave?

Rudn Enclave has announced the possession time for all of its existing blocks. In the first phase of developments, Executive Block and A Block will be delivered in 2024. Other residential blocks including C, G, H and D (farm houses) will be delivered by 2025.

Does Rudn Enclave Offer Registry of Plots?

Yes, you can get registry of your plot after full payment. If you book a plot on installment, you have to clear all pending payments in order to apply for registry. Registry cost has to be borne by the applicant.

What are the Transfer Charges of Plots in Rudn Enclave?

Rudn Enclave has applied minimal charges on transfer of plots. Half of the due installments have to be paid at the time of transfer and proper documentation is required from seller and purchaser for transfer of a plot.

Following is the are the transfer charges of residential, commercial plots and farm houses:

  • Residential plots transfer is charged @ 2000 per marla
  • Commercial plots transfer is charged @ 2500 per marla
