Executive Block Overall Development Updates
As you know, the developers of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi announced that the development of the society will start from the Executive Block. It will be the first block to be delivered, afterwards, the developers will continue to develop the general block. Manahil Estate arranged a visit to the site of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi, specially to update you with the development status. To explain it in one line, Rudn Enclave is carrying out swift development in this block. We will explain the development in detail in the points discussed below.
Extension of Construction Work
The most exciting news for members is that the developers have extended the work in Executive Block, Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi. The heighted area behind the Executive Block main boulevard, is undergoing rapid developments, and the construction machinery has been deployed in the backwards area of the block.
An access road has been developed so that the construction machinery can be transferred to the site. It is also important to mention that the development work has been spread out at different areas in Executive Block.
Sewerage System
Another major development seen in Rudn Enclave is the installation of sewerage system in different areas of the Executive Block. The construction material for the sewerage system has been transported to the site. Furthermore, it has been laid at some areas and is under progress at other areas. The developers of Rudn Enclave are carrying out smart development, the sewerage work will be carried out first, followed by carpeting of roads and streets.
Roads and Streets Infrastructure
This is yet another major on-ground development we witnessed upon visiting the site of Rudn Enclave Executive Block. The developers have levelled the ground in numerous areas of the block, and developed the rough cuttings of streets and roads, which will be carpeted once ready. Small chowks/intersections are also planned by the administration and one such intersection is under development right next to the main boulevard, which you can see in the video attached above.
Ground Leveling in Far-off Areas
As mentioned before, Rudn Enclave developers have put to works hundreds of construction machines to level the ground in far-off areas of Executive Block. The machinery is working continuously and sketching out roads and streets layout. Furthermore, the plot cuttings will be developed once the ground is levelled.
Construction of Main Boulevard and Service Roads
The developers have already completed the major portion of service road right next to the main boulevard, this road now leads to the site office, mosque, and park of the Executive Block. It is worth mentioning that service roads are 80 feet wide and main boulevard is about 200 feet wide, which is the wide boulevard of any housing scheme in Rawalpindi. Furthermore, the layout of main boulevard is also complete to a large extent, and the carpeting will commence soon.
Flourishing Neighborhood
The neighborhood of Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi is flourishing and different leading housing projects are making their way to its surroundings. As you already know, Bahria Town Phase 8 Extension is present on the opposite side of Rudn Enclave. Balloting Updates
Rudn Enclave has already conducted the first balloting successfully, now the developers have announced the second balloting. It will be a grand event, which will be held at the site of society. The management has specified the land area for this mega event and arrangements of 10,000 people will be made. Members who clear 65% dues against their plots will be included in this balloting
