DHA Phase 4 Islamabad Sectors A,B and C Possessions Announced

Defense Housing Society Islamabad-Rawalpindi has fulfilled yet another promise made to the investors and members of the society. This is indeed good news for the plot owners of DHA Rawalpindi. On June 2 2022 the DHA Administration held a Ceremony for possessions of plots in Sectors A, B, and C in phase 4 of DHA Rawalpindi.

The possessions of plots were granted to the respective owners in this ceremony led by the DHA Administrator. Now, the members can apply for possessions against their plots in the mentioned sectors of DHA Rawalpindi. However, all members are eligible for possession applications after clearing the applicable dues.

Administrator DHA addressed the ceremony where he not only congratulated all the members and admired the efforts of the DHA team. Furthermore, he said that this is yet another step forward to the success of this project. He also ensured the attendees that DHA-R will continue to make efforts and meet all the expectations of the valued members through the provision of state-of-the-art amenities and modern infrastructure.

LDA Demolishes Various Structures for Illegal Activities

Lahore Development Authority (LDA) demolished many constructions for their illegal activities on Friday, 27^th May 2022. LDA has been actively going after all the illegal constructions in the city because of their impact on society.

These illegal constructions were located all across Lahore and the crackdown was done by the LDA. The authority is against any such construction and encourages the residents to report and raise their voices against any unlawful building.

The areas where the demolition took place include illegal shops near Speedo Bus Terminal at Old Kahna. Similar actions were taken against shops in a building located near the Nishtar stop on Ferozpur Road.

A commercial property, Maal of Kahna, on Ferozpur Road was also demolished for being illegal. A building was also destroyed in Gajumatta and some of the shops were sealed as well at Mader-e-Millat Road Township.

LDA Director General (DG) Chaudhary Muhammad Ali Randhawa made a strong statement against all the culprits and that LDA will soon take action against all the illegal constructions. All the illegal constructions will either be sealed permanently or destroyed.

LDA strongly condemns any illegal construction and illegal business activities and strict action against the criminals will be taken under the act of law. The Illegal constructions not only disrupt the master plan of the city but also put the residents at risk.

A crackdown has been started on any such activity and further illegal constructions will be demolished in Lahore. The people of Lahore need to come together and work their way towards making Lahore a better place.

Zaitoon Announces ‘Zaitoon Lifestyle’ in a Pre-Launch Ceremony

The event was covered through a Facebook live stream from 5 PM to 10 PM. The event was attended by dignitaries of the group and significant members of the real estate industry of Lahore.
