Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi Second Ballot Date Announced
Rudn Enclave is a leading housing society in the locality of Rawalpindi, Rudn Enclave’s second balloting date is announced by the administration. This will be the second residential ballot and first commercial ballot of the society. The announcement was recently made by the administration on social media as well as the official website.
Rudn Enclave Second Balloting Dates
The management gave insights about Rudn Enclave’s second balloting in the past, however, now they have announced the official date for it. As per the notification shared by officials, the second balloting will be held on 17 July 2023. The venue has not been announced yet, but strong chances are that it will be held in White Rose Marquee Bahria Town Phase 7, similar to the first balloting.

Terms and Conditions
The conditions for this balloting are similar to the first balloting, and they are given below:
- The members need to clear at least 65% percent payment against their residential or commercial plot to become a part of this balloting.
- It is important to note that participation will be decided on a first come first serve basis, so interested members should act fast and clear at least 65% of remaining payments.
Interested members can clear their dues using Rudn Advance Installments Vouchers, which are still available and accepted by the management. You can contact Manahil Estate, purchase RAIV forms, and get a 20% discount on your remaining installments.
