Rudn Enclave Released the Policy for the Cancelled Files of General and Executive Block
Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi is a grand housing project of RMRSCO placed on the main Adyala Road Rawalpindi, with a separate entrance from Chakri Road. Rudn Enclave’s canceled files policy has been recently revealed by the administration.
The administration of Rudn Enclave notified the file holders multiple times in the past, to shift their files to new rates by paying the difference of down payment. Multiple options including ledgers and discount vouchers were given to the members for facilitation. Yet, numerous members did not save their files in the due time.
It is important to mention that files of General or Executive Block with just paid down payment were targeted by the society as members were paying any installments at all. This was creating issues for the developers to fund the development and other procedures of the society. Hence, all files with just a 20% down payment have been canceled by the society
Last Chance for Cancelled File Holders
Rudn Enclave Administration cares for the customers; therefore, they have given one last chance to save their files and money invested into the project. For this purpose, Rudn Enclave’s canceled files policy is released by the administration. Members should consider it the last chance and act fast, as limited time is given by the Rudn Administration.
Rudn Enclave Cancelled Files Policy
The policy for canceled files of Rudn Enclave General and Executive Block is discussed below, you should read it and learn how to save your file and take steps to do so:
- All files with just a 20% down payment and no further payments (installments) were canceled by the society on 16th January 2024. Multiple notices were issued to members in this regard.
- As a last chance, Rudn Enclave management offered an alternate way. Members with canceled files can convert their files into Overseas Block.
- Canceled files can be converted into any plot size (file) of the Overseas Block.
Conditions for Conversion into Overseas Block Files
- The canceled file with a 20% down payment will be adjusted at half rate into the Overseas Block new file
- The difference in the down payment should be paid as cash for converting the canceled file into an Overseas Block file.
Rudn Enclave Cancelled Files Policy Deadline
Members should be informed that this is the last chance to save their canceled files, or else they will be permanently canceled and no relief will be given. The deadline for converting your canceled files to Overseas Block files is 16th February 2024.
