Rudn Enclave is a large-scale residential project of RMRSCO, located in a strategic neighborhood of Rawalpindi, opposite Bahria Town Phase 8 Extension. In the latest news, Rudn Enclave management has issued a noticed regarding the blocking of files, which was announced at the start of 2023, and multiple chances were given to investors and potential customers for clearing their dues.
However, now, the society administration has formally blocked the defaulter files, meaning the files against which no or some installments were paid. Rudn Enclave had been informing the clients via different mediums including social media, website, authorized dealers, and calls and messages. Not only this, but the society also launched RAIV Vouchers for maximum facilitation of customers. A plethora of customers availed of this opportunity and submitted their dues, therefore, the administration will cooperate with them as per the company policy.
However, there are still a large number of file holders who have not submitted their dues till 31 May, which was the deadline for file locking. The management mentioned that the diversification of dues clearers and non-clearers is mandatory. Therefore, the defaulter files have been blocked formally.
