Faisal Town Phase 2 Open File Policy

The details of the open files are discussed below in detail, members with open files should go through them, as all of them are implemented on them.

The fee for the open files is PKR 60,000/- in total (50,000 + 10,000), for 5 Marla plots having dimensions (25 * 50).
Members who wish to open their files should clear all the outstanding dues, and pay 1 advance installment before proceeding with the procedure.
Furthermore, the clients who pay 1 advance installment upfront will get a 5% discount from the administration.

Open File Transfer Policy

Members wishful of open file transfer should use a simple paper for undertaking statements. Furthermore, the owner of the open file holder will be responsible for the following:

The open files will be valid for six months only.
In case a person has purchased an open file from the market, he/she will be responsible for getting a written agreement from the previous owner. Authentication of the agreement will be done by the head office of Faisal Town.
The person having the files in possession will be considered the owner, and he/she will be responsible for paying the installments and other dues.
In case of failure to pay three installments, the person will have to the escalation charges according to the company policy.
If the owner fails to submit 4 or more 4 installments against the file, the company holds the right to cancel the file and cut 20% of the total amount as service charges, the remaining amount will be credited back to the owner.
In case of a delay of 4 installments, the owner will have to pay the escalation charges, restoration charges, and pending installments according to Faisal Town Phase 2 open file policy.
