Faisal Town Board Meeting Decisions July 2023
Faisal Town is a large-scale housing project divided into two phases. Faisal Town Board Meeting was held in the last quarter of July and the administration took some decisions related to different projects operating under Faisal Town Private Limited.
Faisal Town Board Meeting Details
Following are the details of decisions taken by the upper management and CEO of Faisal Town Group, Chaudhry Abdul Majeed:
- First, the administration announced good news for the members of Faisal Town Phase 2. Members will now get a 5% discount on advance installments. Furthermore, a 15% discount will be given on clearing the full payment.
- The Faisal Hills home construction policy of the 10 Lac reward was discontinued earlier, by the management has decided to extend it until 31 December 2023. Furthermore, 20 * 50 and 75 * 120 category plots are also added to the list.
- The reward from 25 * 50 to 35 * 70 plots will be PKR 600,000/-
- Similarly the reward from 40 * 80 to 75 * 120 will be PKR 1,000,000
- Any member constructing multiple houses in Faisal Hills can get rewards as per the company policy.
- The allotment issue of 30 * 60 plots in Faisal Hills will be addressed by December 31, 2023.
- The tax section 7E is postponed till December 31, 2023.
- The allotment issue of 25 * 50 plots ins Faisal Margalla City will be addressed by December 31, 2023.
- The allotment issue of 25 * 50 plots ins Faisal Town 1 will be addressed by December 31, 2023.
- Members will be informed of any updates on commercial files in Faisal Hills and FMC.
- All the payments for merging will be made in the form of checks from August onwards.
Some other points of the Faisal Town Board Meeting 2023:
- The new policy for all the schemes will be prepared after considering marketing conditions.
- The same file merging policy has been implemented for Faisal Town, Faisal Residencia and Faisal Town Phase 2.
- The payments of Faisal Hills and Faisal Town 2 will be done through ABL, and customers will be informed with text messages.
- Faisal Town Phase 2 open files policy has been finalized in this meeting.
- The development of Faisal Residencia will start on December 31, 2023, and the notices will also start on the same date.
- The problems related to cleanliness, shopping mart, schools, clinics, and gas will be dealt with soon.
- Furthermore, street signs and lights will be installed in the fully inhabited streets will be installed.
- It is important to mention that these decisions will be revised in the next meeting.
