Capital Development Authority has successfully conducted the computerized ballot for 1 kanal residential plot registrations for Sector C-14 as scheduled today, January 14, 2025. The e-ballot was carried out through NADRA E-Balloting software and the ceremony was held at Jinnah Convention Center, Islamabad.

Total number of applications received for these plots were much higher than the available number of plots, so CDA allotted the available plots first to Overseas Pakistanis through the ballot, while remaining applicants have been added to the waiting list, in case the successful applicants fail to pay their down payment within the given deadline, the next one in the waiting line will be given the opportunity to get the plot.
- Total valid applications received from Overseas Pakistanis = 537
- Total valid application received from General Public = 1153
- Total valid applications received for Sector C-14 = 1690
A total of 395 plots were allotted to Overseas Pakistanis as first priority applicants, while remaining overseas and all domestic Pakistani applicants have been added to the waiting list.
