Finally the wait is over & DHA Peshawar is conducting the grand ballot of plots today, 25th March, 2026, as per the announced schedule. This ballot is highly anticipated and much awaited due to prolonged delay of this ballot, i.e. first ballot was held on 25th December 2017, and this 2nd ballot is being held after about 8 years.
The ballot ceremony started at 5:00 PM and it streamed live on all social media channels of DHA Peshawar.

DHA Peshawar has conducted the official ballot of all unballoted eligible 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal residential files during the ceremony and the ballot results have been uploaded online.
Members can check their block location, plot numbers & street numbers online by entering their registration number in the ballot results form on this official results page.
Congratulations to those whose files have been included in the ballot as their property status has changed from non-physical file to a tangible asset with substantial increase in value subject to plot location. However there are still many unballoted files that weren’t included in this ballot due to not meeting the required payment clearance criterion.
DHA will most probably announce another deadline for the remaining non-balloted files in next few weeks and hold another ballot to allot plot locations to all leftover files.
