While the country is currently embroiled in fighting COVID-19 challenge and business activities have come to a halt, Blue World City has come forward and joined Prime Minister’s initiative of Naya Pakistan Housing Program.
Blue World City’s CEO Mr. Saad Nazir participated in Corona Relief Fund Raising Ceremony last week and presented 2 crore rupees check to PM Imran Khan as donation. He appreciated Prime Minister’s vision for the real estate and construction industry, and wished to play his part in achieving the target of 5 million homes in 5 years.
While speaking on the occasion, Mr. Saad Nazir introduced his project “Blue World City” and lauded the government’s incentive package for construction industry. He offered to build 5000 low cost houses in Blue World City under Naya Pakistan Housing Program, and also offered developed land for 50,000 apartments to the government free of cost.
Mr. Saad Nazir said that his project “Blue World City” comprises over 100,000 kanals of land, and he would dedicate a large piece of developed land for low cost housing initiative of Imran Khan. The homes will be built by Blue World City itself, while apartment land will be handed over to Government.
Once the proposal is approved, and actual developments starts in Blue World City under Naya Pakistan Housing Program, property prices in the society are likely to rise much higher than current value. This is a good development for those who have already invested in the society, or who are thinking to invest in future.
As regards NOC, it is expected to be issued by RDA very soon. The society owns the land, and developing a large area starting from Chakri Road. All requisite land documents and project master plan have been submitted to RDA for approval of NOC.
