- Immediate Penalties: Sponsors and developers of unapproved schemes will face show-cause notices, the immediate registration of FIRs, sealing of site offices, and the outright demolition of illegal infrastructure.
- FIA Cybercrime Prosecution: In a major escalation, the RDA has announced that cases involving deceptive marketing, illegal advertisements, and financial irregularities will be forwarded to the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing.
- No Protection for “Under Process” Claims: The authority explicitly warned that marketing a society with claims that its file is “submitted” or “under process” does not grant it legal status.
