Booking Procedure
Bahria Greens residential plots are available for booking on first come first served basis. Booking forms can be downloaded from Bahria Town’s website, and can be submitted with down payment in any countrywide branch of UBL and Allied Bank or head offices of Bahria Town across Pakistan and Overseas.
Please note that a unique form number will be added to each downloaded form, so you have to download your form from the given link for each plot booking.

Market Pulse
From what we hear from the market, there will be a limited number of residential plots in Bahria Greens, so bookings may close soon after they start on 22nd day of June, 2020. As bookings are being offered directly to general public through online forms, majority of property dealers won’t be involved in this deal.
There are mixed sentiments about this new launch, as old plot prices in newly launched precincts are already very low and there is no imminent possibility of improvement in prices. On the other hand, Bahria Town is determined to resolve all outstanding issues including refunds, relocation and development, and potential buyers are those who have low budget and who are looking to buy a plot for their own residence.
