Rudn Enclave Overseas Block Bookings Opening on 24 November 2023

The discussion about Rudn Enclave Overseas Block was happening among the masses already. The management held an event to announce the launching of this block. It is officially launched, and bookings and plot prices will be disclosed by the administration on 24 November 2023. The management also briefed about this block and provided some details.
Rudn Enclave Overseas Block features two entrances, one from the main Adyala Road, and one from the main Chakri Road Rawalpindi. Furthermore, the society is also 0 kilometers from Rawalpindi Ring Road, which is an added bonus.

As per the initial details, the Overseas Block will feature an international standard school and hospital. Furthermore, for the first time in Pakistan, An open safari park is planned in the Overseas Block. Moreover, an artificial beach will be developed in this block along with the highest skywalk on Jawa Dam. In addition to this, a Zipline over the safari park and organic food farms will be established here.
As per the details, the following plot sizes will be released here:
- 5 Marla
- 10 Marla
- 1 Kanal
According to the information shared by the management, Marla will cost around PKR 300,000. However, a convenient installment plan will make the purchases easier. If we talk about the payment plan, customers will be able to book plots from 20% for normal bookings, 305 for plots with numbers, and 40% for plots with early possessions. A three-year installment plan will be launched for all the sizes of residential plots.
