Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi Extends the Surcharge Deadline till Mid-January
News: Rudn Enclave Rawalpindi has extended the date for surcharge implementation on files till 15th January 2022, keeping in consideration, the large number of requests received by customers and the dealer’s community.
Rudn Enclave is a rapidly developing housing society located on the main Adyala Road, adjacent to Bahria Town Phase 8 Extension. The society offers different residential and commercial plots on easy installment plans of up to 4 years. Rudn Enclave management always keeps an eye out for different opportunities that can be implemented for maximum facilitation of customers and investors.
The society had already provided more than sufficient time for the clearance of dues and installments, but the management has faced continuous delays in the submission of applicable dues. There are a lot of members that haven’t cleared even a single installment against their plot.
Moreover, a large number of members have submitted only a few installments. Keep in mind that the management has a lot on its plate to take care of including the developments, possessions, and official events. The delay in installments causes a deficiency in the funds of the society and hence causes delays in different matters.
After warning the members more than 4 to 5 times, society noticed the non-series attitude of customers towards clearance of dues. Therefore, management decided to put a surcharge on due and late payments. The official deadline for the implementation of the surcharge was originally 31st December 2022. But, keeping in view the requests of members, Rudn Enclave has decided to extend the date to 15th January 2022.

This is the final Rudn Enclave surcharge notice on files with due installments, this date is not extendable further and the surcharge will be implemented after this deadline. Therefore, the customers are advised to clear their installments using the RIAV forms and get up to 20% discounts.
