Rudn Enclave Issues Final Notice to Non-Payers for Blocking of Files
Recently, the Rudn Enclave’s final file-blocking notice was issued by the administration. Rudn Enclave is one of the few housing societies in Rawalpindi that is developing at a fast pace. The developers of the project are committed to delivering the project ahead of the promised delivery time.
For this purpose, funds are required and they are collected in the form of installments from the customers. Delay in the submission of dues results in slow operations and development. Therefore, the management has issued Rudn Enclave’s final file-blocking notice to inform the customers.
In the past, the management also released the first notice for file blocking, and the surcharge was issued back in 2022 and was closed on 31 December 2023. Similarly, the second notice was issued at the start of 2023 and it was closed on 15th March 2023.
Rudn Enclave’s Final File-Blocking Notice
Now, the society has issued the final notice for customers who have not paid installments of six months or more, such members will be taken as defaulters.
- This is the third and final notice from Rudn Enclave to inform such members, so that they can clear their outstanding dues before 15th May 2023.
- Customers should clear their dues to save their files from blocking; this official notification is released to inform all members.
- In case a file is blocked, the management may decide between two options as given below:
- Application of Surcharge
- Old rate files will be converted to new rate files, and you can see the current prices of each category in the official notification attached below.
Note: In the second case, that is, the conversion of old rate files into new rate files, the blocked files will be issued only after 100% payment and ledger update.
Rudn Enclave’s decision to issue a final notice to non-payers for blocking files is a necessary step to ensure the timely completion of the project.
