Rudn Enclave Block Wise Details, Transfer Fee, and Installment Transfer

Block A

This block of the society is present right next to the southern bank of Khasala Dam. It is easily accessible from the Main Boulevard via the main road. Block G

Block G of the society lies at a central point, opposite to the Rudn Enclave Head Office.  This block of society comes with a variety of options in plots. Block G features an ideal location and all blocks are accessible from here. It is located opposite the Fourth Boulevard of the Rudn Enclave society.

The main road of this block is 200 feet wide, whereas the internal roads are 100 and 60 feet wide. Furthermore, the streets are 30 feet wide similar to other blocks of society. Additionally, Block G of Rudn Enclave offers apartments. Furthermore, a school is planned here to facilitate residents with quality education.

This block is packed with all the facilities and amenities. 2 individual Masjid are included in this specific block with a central park and a smaller park close to the entrance.

Block H

Block H is a new addition to society. The plot sizes are not confirmed yet. However, new 5 Marla Bookings are offered by the society. Moreover, a children’s playground and a comparatively bigger park are located at the backside of this block.

Block H locates opposite the E block. A large area for the proposed graveyard is also planned alongside this block. The roads of this block are 60 feet wide and the streets are 30 feet wide. We will update our readers as soon as Rudn Enclave announces more plot sizes at this block.

Block I

Similar to Block H, society has not yet announced the plot sizes at this block. It is located opposite the Block is accessible through a 200 feet wide main road from the fourth boulevard of the society. The amenities of this block include all basic facilities, two dedicated commercial spaces, a school, and Masjid.

There is no Park in this block but the parks of Block H are easily accessible. Moreover, the roads are 60 feet wide and the streets are 30 feet wide.

Block J and Block K

Block J and Block K are also undeveloped as of yet, but the society plans to launch booking here soon. Block K is located adjacent to Block G, accessible by the fourth boulevard through a 200 feet wide road. This block offers 2 parks, a school, a special commercial area, and an individual Masjid. There is no confirmation of plot sizes.

Block J is located along with Block K. You can follow a similar route to get to Block J. The roads are 60 feet wide and the streets are 30 feet wide. This block has 2 commercial areas, a park, a school, and a Masjid. It is undeveloped; we will inform our readers as soon as the society launches its booking.

General Block Transfer Fee

Transfer fee is the amount charged to the owners of a plot whenever they sell the plot to someone else.

Installment Transfer

Many members of Rudn Enclave are confused when it comes to installment transfer. If you purchased a plot in installments and you are selling your plot. Following is the procedure you will follow:

  • You will clear all due installments, balance sheet updates before selling, and transfer the plot to someone else.

Rudn Enclave Executive Block

Rudn Enclave’s Executive Block is truly a symbol of leisure and luxury. This block of the society is first one to develop and become the epitome of modern living in the twin cities. You can access this block from the main Adyala Road through a separate entrance.
