Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Scheme (PECHS) Islamabad has launched a new residential block namely “Overseas Block”. The Overseas Block comprises 5 and 8 marla residential plots, which are being offered at attractive prices on 3 years easy installments plan. PECHS is the oldest and legitimate housing scheme on Fateh Jang Road, hence it is considered a safe investment option. You may not be convinced with the development standards of PECHS Society, yet it is one of the cheapest housing options available near New Islamabad Airport. As the name suggests, PECHS Overseas Block is specifically designed for the Pakistanis living & working abroad. The development company “Extol” has delivered K & M blocks successfully in the past, and now they are committed to delivering even better on the Overseas Block by deploying modern development techniques.

PECHS Overseas Block Location

The society has not disclosed the exact location of Overseas Block, however its expected location is near N block. The society has already purchased ample land along the boundary of New Islamabad Airport towards Life Residencia, hence PECHS Overseas Block is likely planned near the Airport boundary with convenient access from Mumtaz City. We will update this section as soon as the official location map of Overseas Block is unveiled by PECHS Islamabad.

Overseas Block Files

Unlike previous launches, PECHS Islamabad has resorted to selling files in Overseas Block on cost of land rather than launching plots on map with all-inclusive prices. If the society sells as many number of files as the number of plots planned in this block, this will be a good deal, because every member will have a fair chance of getting a good location plot in the ballot. You may opt for category plots (corner, main road, park face) by paying 10% extra amount.

PECHS Overseas Block Payment Plan

PECHS Overseas Block mainly comprises 5 marla plots measuring 25×50 and 8 Marla plots measuring 30×60. There are no bigger plot sizes available in this block, hence we can assume that it is going to be a smaller residential block with limited number of plots. The payment plan of PECHS Overseas Block spans over 3 years with about 20% down payment and remaining amount in 36 monthly installments. The development charges will be applied at a later stage; most probably near possession of plots.

• Fill out the booking form (will be provided) with your personal and nominee details
• Select plot size and required category
• Attach 2x passport size photographs of applicant
• Attach CNIC copies of applicant and nominee
• Payment can be made through cash or pay order. (details will be provided)
• Submit your application and your file will be ready in 2 to 3 weeks.
• You can personally collect your file or it will be couriered at your address.
