Park View Villas has launched limited bookings of 5 marla, 10 marla and 1 kanal residential plots on 2 years installment plan. Plots are available on first come first served basis, and bookings start from 20% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 2 years through quarterly installments.
Following is the payment plan of residential plots:
Please note that all payments will be made through P.O / Demand Draft or Crossed Check in favor of “Vision Developers (Pvt) Limited”. A discount of 5% is available on lump sum payment of plot price. Additional charges of 10% will be applied for corners, park facing and main boulevard plots.
The applicant will need to submit post dated checks of all installments in advance at the time of booking. Bookings are available on first come first served basis, while possession of plots will be given after 2 years.
