Plot Prices and Payment Schedule
Pak China Enclave offers 8 marla (200 SQY), 10 Marla (250 SQY) and 1 Kanal (500 SQY) residential plots and 8 Marla (200 SQY) commercial plots on 4 years installment plan. Bookings start from about 15% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 16 equal quarterly installments.
Following is the schedule of payments:
Plot numbers will be allotted after 6 months of booking through computerized balloting. Only those who have confirm allocation forms will be able to select their plot numbers on the map, while other applications will go through the ballot process.
Processing and form fee for residential and commercial plots is given as under:
- 8 Marla and 10 Marla Residential Plots: 11,000/-
- 1 Kanal Residential Plot: 16,000/-
- 8 Marla Commercial Plot: 36,000/-
Note that processing fee is payable at the time of booking along with down payment.
The project is going to be officially launched nationwide on 27th November 2018, so you can avail this pre-launch booking opportunity and reserve your plots at your preferred locations.
Confirm Allocation Form
Gwadar Golf City is offering confirm allocation forms which are necessary to be purchased before the launch of this Pak China Enclave Block. Only those who own confirm allocation forms will be able to choose their residential or commercial plot numbers on the map at the time of booking. This confirm allocation form will be adjusted in the down payment of selected plot. If you do not have the allocation form, you will be given plot numbers through computerized ballot.
