New Metro City Overseas Block Booking Details, Location & Prices
After the first successful launch of New Metro City Housing Scheme, BSM Developers have come up with a special block with exclusive features for Overseas Pakistanis. The new block is named “Overseas Enclave”, and it will be directly connected to GT Road.
The grand launch ceremony of Overseas Block will be held on 15th February 2020 at 5:30 PM at New Metro City project site. Bookings are available on first come first served basis, so hurry up if you want to avail this exclusive offer.
New Metro City Kharian – Sarai Alamgir is a TMA approved housing project, and it successfully sold its residential and commercial plots last year. Development work is going smoothly on site, and plots ballot is going to be held very soon. Last date to submit payment for balloting is 20th of February 2020.

Please note that the given prices include development charges. Processing and form fee for 5 & 7 marla plots is PKR 5000/- and for 10 & 14 marla plots is PKR 8,000/-. Discounts applicable on 100% and 50% upfront payment. 10% additional charges apply on category plots (corner, park facing & main road).
