New Deal of 125 SQY Plots Launched in Pak China Enclave Gwadar
Gwadar Golf City has launched a new deal of 125 SQY residential plots in Pak China Enclave block on easy installments. Earlier, this block comprised bigger sizes of plots i.e. 7 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal, and some area was left as reserved for future extension. This new deal has now been officially launched, and bookings are available on first come first served basis.
As we already know that Pak China Enclave is the first semi-developed block in Gwadar Golf City. It is going to have the first of its kind private Expo Center in Gwadar which is the major attraction of this block. The good news is that these 5 marla residential plots are planned right next to that Expo Center, hence it poses a big opportunity for investors.

Since a comprehensive map of Pak China Enclave block is already available, you have the opportunity to either go for ballot or book a plot of your choice on the map. In case of booking a specific plot, you will need to pay confirmation charges right at the time of booking.
Payment plan of 125 SQY residential plots is same as that of other plots at Pak China Enclave block, i.e. 4 years easy installment plan. Bookings start from 1.50 Lacs down payment followed by 1.00 Lacs confirmation charges after 60 days, remaining amount is payable in 48 equal monthly installments.

It is important to mention here that the given prices do no include development charges. In fact, most of the housing projects in Gwadar are selling plots on cost of land only. Development charges will be applicable at a later stage in due course of time.
Booking procedure is quite simple. All you need to do is:
- Prepare a pay order/draft in favor of “Gwadar Golf City”
- Attach cnic copies of applicant and nominee
- 2 passport size photos of applicant
- Submit payment and documents to confirm your booking.
