Naval Anchorage Gwadar is a new housing project of Pakistan Navy Benevolent Association in the most alluring port city of Pakistan. PNBA is an esteemed welfare organization of Pakistan Navy which works for the housing and welfare of naval staff and officials. Naval anchorage has successfully delivered a housing project in Islamabad by the name of “Naval Anchorage Islamabad” on Islamabad Highway and Naval Farm Houses in Islamabad Zone 4.

Earlier, Naval Anchorage Gwadar had launched limited 500 sqy (1 Kanal), 250 sqy (10 Marla) and 125 sqy (5 marla) residential plot files on full payment under civilians quota, but majority of people couldn’t avail that opportunity due to full up-front payment despite significantly low prices. There are thousands of people across Pakistan and abroad who prefer to buy plots in Naval Anchorage Gwadar on installment basis.

Naval Anchorage Gwadar was officially launched on 19th August 2017. Residential plots of different sizes were offered in the initial launch, while commercial plots would be launched soon after some major development milestone is achieved.

Location

According to the available information, Naval Anchorage Gwadar is located at the junction of Rakshan Avenue & Coastal Highway near Zero Point.

Plot Prices

Naval Anchorage Gwadar offers  5 marla, 10 marla, 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots on 3 years installment plan. Booking starts from 10% down payment, while remaining amount is payable in 12 equal quarterly installments.

360000 installment each quarter for one kanal plot is too heavy on any salaried person–even one getting 1.5 lakh salary per month can hardly afford it as there are other running expenditures–it seems there is no concept of rehabilitation/benevolence for general public in Pakistan now–every housing scheme including DHAs FIZAIAs etc are there to MINT MONEY as early as possible–making rich even richer –no hope for middle class left–i can not understand how even a retired naval commander can afford such heavy installments–
